As an HR consultant I have been trained in human resources management and work as an independent contractor in this area of expertise. Generally speaking, my job entails; em-placing human resource models to ensure that the personnel of my clients businesses are operating at optimum effectiveness. This may involve instituting new company policies and procedures, ensuring that your company policy conforms to State law and regulations, as well as reorganizing company leadership. I may also assist with the interviewing, screening, and placement of new personnel or assist in mediating workplace conflicts.
